My genealogy information is organized several different ways; indexes, family trees that can be followed by clicking on the name, or the page for the family surname of each of my grandparents: Wood, Dowling, McDaniel and McCord.  You can also search for a name using the search engine.  The search result will take you to the page with the name you searched for and then you will need to use the Find menu in your browser to find where the name is on the page.  Links to these features are below and can be found on most all pages.  There are also pages of historic family photographs. 

Several great aunts on my Dowling side recorded their Memories of the Civil War Era in South Carolina.  These make for very interesting historical reading.

Queries, additions and corrections are welcome. 

My WOOD line reportedly traces back to the Mayflower through Great Grandmother Lucy Ann Turner Wood and her Mother, Charlotte Welch Thompson's line to the Mayflower's Richard Warren and his daughter Abigail.
